The Process
The first step is to collaborate online to discuss the various aspects of the project and determine what AEC-CAD Pro
will be involved with and what materials the client will be supplying. 

AEC-CAD Pro can be involved any or all of the following:

  • Architectural Design Phase
  • 3-D Modeling
  • 3-D Renderings (based off the 3d model...of course:)
  • Working/Submittal Drawings (also based off the 3d model)
  • Material Takeoffs and Cutlists
  • Animated Walk-Throughs
  • Documentation for Design Review Boards

The Design Phase can include:

  • Mass modeling (general shape of the building and its relationship to the site)
  • Terrain modeling (generation of a 3-D model from contours or survey coordinate data)
  • Defining the building's exterior & interior layouts (preliminary 3D model/plan layout)

3D Modeling can include:

  • Foundation
  • Any Number of Floors
  • Roof
  • Special Layouts (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Rec & Entertainment Rooms, etc...)
  • Exterior Landscaping

Once the 3-D model is created the following options are available

  • Site Plan
  • Foundation Plan
  • Floorplans
  • Roof Plans
