We collaborate with our customers online using GotoMeeting which allows us to share computer desktops while speaking on the telephone. We charge $50 per hour and are available during evening and weekend upon request. For customers who purchase any Vectorworks, Envisioneer products from AEC CAD Pros, we offer 2 hours of 1-on1 online training for FREE.
